Using our extensive, and highly experienced team we will work with you to understand the challenges you and your team are experiencing. We will take our time to understand what options might be available to you and propose ideas and listen to your feedback so that we can arrive at a mutually agreeable solution based upon your unique situation.
At Synergy Human Factors, we do not use ‘off the shelf’ products; instead focusing on a bespoke solution that is right for you.

Training Solutions – although we have complete confidence in our training products, we also understand that organisations sometimes require specific training that aligns with organisation language and culture. No problem – we can create this with you.

Training Reviews – you may want to discuss internal training with us, to ensure it meets your specific objectives. We understand this and will happily work with you to create the training products you require. We can help compile a training needs analysis, help to develop bespoke and interesting training products, and explore how best to review their effectivity. We can do as much or as little as you require.

Safety Culture – you might want to explore safety culture in your organisation, we can help you achieve this. We can deploy a survey instrument, and process the results for you, and/or conduct work evaluations and focus groups to explore whether your culture is where you want it to be.

Implementation of Investigation methodology – we can work with you to explore and develop the most appropriate safety investigation process, providing support throughout the entire process – from choosing which model to use, to developing appropriate training, to surfacing and identifying meaningful information and insight.
